The Smoking cart Z type is a robust stainless steel trolley designed for use in industrial smokehouses. Its construction allows for flexible smoking processes using both smoking rods and trays, making it ideal for meat and fish processing plants.

The cart’s frame is made of durable 40 × 40 mm stainless steel profiles, ensuring structural stability and long-lasting performance, even in high-temperature and high-humidity environments. The entire unit is easy to clean and fully resistant to corrosion.

Equipped with Ø150 mm polyamide wheels, the cart moves easily and securely through processing areas. Available in 6, 8 or 11-level configurations, it meets different production requirements and volume capacities.

For customers with specific needs, the cart can be custom-made based on individual specifications – including variations in shelf layout or accessories.
