Application: The H-type smoking cart is essential transport equipment in every modern meat-processing and smokehouse facility. It is used to move and hang meat products on smoking sticks or grids between production stages — from forming, through smoking, to cooling and dispatch. Its modular design allows it to be adapted to the individual technological layout of any plant.

Construction and hygiene: The cart’s supporting frame is built from 40x40mm profiles, with the entire structure made exclusively of stainless steel. This ensures high resistance to corrosion, moisture, and frequent industrial washing, meeting the strict hygiene requirements for food-contact equipment. Welded and ground joints minimize crevices where contaminants could accumulate.

Main description — Mobility and ergonomics: The cart runs on fixed 150mm-diameter polyamide wheels. A distinctive three-point wheel arrangement — with the center wheel mounted slightly higher than the two side wheels — makes turning significantly easier despite the wheels being non-swivel. The design allows for easy loading and unloading. The cart is available in versions from 6 to 11 shelves. Depending on the customer’s production needs, with the option of a fully custom design.
